A conceptual design for a media broadcasting facility situated on elevated ground in Gondar, drawing from the historical tradition of public announcement from higher vantage points , from village criers to the hilltop settlements of the region. The proposal responds to its urban context through an architectural hierarchy informed by the layered, tiered character of Gondar's historic built fabric, including the Fasil Ghebbi castle compound.

The design integrates passive environmental strategies, including a wind tower system utilizing the site's elevated pressure conditions for natural ventilation, and frames curated views toward Fasil Bath, the city's road network, and the surrounding landscape. Directional spatial organization guides open-air studios, terraces, and a library toward these key vistas.
